Dear, President Brock Obama,
Help put family's back to work, support my idea on how.
We built Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Panama Canal. The railroads from the East to the West and from West to the East at the same time. At the same time.
We need clean water and more of it. Stopping contamination of our drinking water, water needed in other states and creating millions of jobs. This is a far-reaching and an aggressive plan. That the economy and our unemployed men and woman are in need, of work. Using our Natural Resources. Using clean energy.
I firmly believe that this project would put millions of people back to work creating taxes to help pay off our deficit. With million out of work that could be paying taxes. The only way to collect taxes is to put people to work.
Controlling flooding, contamination of drinking water, control waste treatment plants of the overflowing due to flooding. This contamination, flows into lakes, streams, rivers, ground water and our oceans.
Distribution of water through out our country. Building a water pipe line, acrossed our country. Saving us billions of dollars each year in tax dollars from water damage due to flooding.
The cost to us tax payers, our Government in disasters is overwhelming. Costing FEMA, state emergency funds, insurance industries, medical cost, personal losses, and life.
Our taxes used in restoring the damage caused by flooding, destroying towns, homes, farms and crops in areas that flood each year. Contamination of our drinking water from sewage. Waste treatment plants that over fill, Seepage without penalty.
The winter thaws, heavy rain storms. The waste of water and contamination will continue.
The cost of repair will grow using our taxes. Use that cost in taxes to build a Water Pipe Line.
Technology, the Alaskan Pipe Line as a reference to as reported in 2008
This is what the Alaska Pipe Line can pump in 800 miles of piping.
TAPS Pipeline Reliability Year to date 212,057,438 BBLS. October 2008 100%
Year to Date 99.54%
There were no perorations during the month that affected the reliability cause. Barrels Pumped from Pump Station 1: October 23. 067,430 BBLS**
Average 744,111 BPD ** Year to date 212,057,438 BBLS *
YTD Average 695,270 BPD **
What could we do in several thousand miles of pipe lines.
This is how.
1.Building a water pipe line from the Mississippi River, as the main source of water. West to the Pacific Ocean, East to the Atlantic Ocean. North and South. Controlled pumping Stations from both sides of the Mississippi River banks of Illinois and Missouri, Because lower end of Lake Michigan and the use of others areas as well.
2.The water would be cleaned of bacteria contamination by, filtering. Control the water contamination by filtration standards in all areas that would pump water into sensitive areas. Unwanted fish, reptiles could be ground up and used for fertilizer. Up grading and controlling sewer lines and sewage plants.
3.Using right of ways of railroads that been abandoned and those that are in use. Using freeways, dry river beds or what ever is available to build the pipe line to supply water to areas in need of water. With water rights and eminent domain used as others do when needed.
4. The need of excavation and the leveling of the water pipe line with minimal excavation. Saving us Billions. Areas that need to build underground or above ground is the States choice as to where.
5. Each State using their own resources of engineers, contractors, general labors to build this pipe line. Creating hundreds of thousands of jobs. Each state, at the same time building with their own company's and people.
6. Water Pipe Line made from materials of, C-PVC, plastic pipe and fittings used in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, hot and cold water, irrigation golf and other fluid or other material to cut costs. Using, Solar Power, Electrical Water (wind) Mills powering and pumping. The water that is, creating the electricity to pump water from pump stations to stations.
7. Buy and sell water from other states, surplus water sold at a regulated price and taxes.
8.Create new dikes, dams, levy’s to support the water level along the Mississippi River. Building new reservoirs or Locks to support the Mississippi River. New man made lakes in areas that can support new population growth and farming. Using State lands for this type of improvements for reservoirs.
9.The Mississippi River floods each year. Overflowing the banks and destroying dikes, destroying homes, property, crops. Destroying whole towns. Then we, move the town out of the flood planes to higher ground. This Springs thaw, has come and gone this year, but what about next year. (Pump the water out of the areas, to lower flood waters to compensate for flooding, where needed).
10.During winter freeze in the North, controlling the meltdown in the spring, flooding from heavy rain storms, pumping water to areas that need water. Stop billions of gallons of water, from the run off draining into the Gulf of Mexico.
This is a win, win project. This water pipe line project will pay for itself. Each State takes part in the construction at the same-time. Creating new jobs for years to come, with a great pay back.
How do we pay for this ?.
FEMA, State Emergency Funds, Insurance industries, Unemployment Insurance. The unemployed that are collecting employment insurance benefits. Plus 100 billion over a four-year period is nothing compared to the 43 Billion spent on job benefits for the unemployed. Put the unemployed to work on this project as they collect unemployment benefits.

A new beginning is at hand:
We are at the crossroads, in our country as to which way we go. This is called a (Correction). Going straight ahead as we have been or make a turn to the left or the right. I believe we should back up. Take a good look at ourselves, our representatives and government as the greed that has pushed us into the state that we are in today and correct it. As one body, a partisanship from both sides of the isle. Working for the people that had elected our representatives, asking them, no, telling them to get us back on the right track. Instead of their greed and paybacks owed to lobbyists and other big money interest. This is why we must band the lobbyist from the steps of our Congress and Senate.
